Marte in Norway

I made this page because people want to visit Marte in London, but when Marte comes to Oslo for a visit, it is also something that must be blogged!

She stayed in Oslo from Sunday until Tuesday, before she went to Bergen, where she was going to visit here sister, and for the first time she is going to meet here niece.On Monday we had a Hald evening at Ninas place, we ate taco and played a game.It was so fun to meet Marte again!

I know that here is some people going to London soon to visit Marte, and I hope you all can send me pictures and text from the trip, so I can update this page more often;)I am going to London again in March, and I hope also to meet Marte this time!
So my advice for this blog is: Go to London and visit Marte, she is such a nice girl, so she deserves it;)

Finally I was ready travel to England I was going to visit Marte in London. I was lucky that I got to go directly to where Marte lived, after I arrived. So I got to see how she lived, that was so good, it was so nice to talk to here again. She made a meal, gave me Gulrerotkake and yoghurt for desert. She is a great host

On Saturday, she came in to town and met me and my travel companions. We decided to find a musical to see, we where thinking about “We will rock you”, but that and many other where sold out, but “Lord of the rings” Marte got us tickets for. Before that we went to Pizza hut for a meal, walk a bit in town, before we went to a coffee shop. Than it was time for the musical, it lasted 3 hours, but it was never boring. I really liked it! It was a great day and we had a great guide in Marte, she had even backed “Kanel i svingen” for us, they tasted good:)

Marte is a great person to visit, so I would really recommend a trip to London and a visit.
And of course, Marte is funny and kind, so you will a good time!

Some words from Marte :)

How has the first week been?
- My first week was great! We went to Soul Survivor, a huge festival with 12000 youths, wich was great, really! The sermons were very interesting, and the worship was GREAT with several of Britains finest worship leaders (Tim Huges for example)All in all I feel well aquipped for the work I'm going to do in the church:)Soul Survivor was a good time for the team to get to know eachother a bit better.

First impression of your work?
- The church in wich I'm going to work is quite big, and it has a lot of different tasks for me and Elaine to do. We can choose between a lot of different things, so I think this will be a good and interesting year!

Have you eaten English breakfast yet?
- Oh, yes I have, but it was for lunch, and frankly it's not all that good... The more common english breakfast is cereals, wich I like even more! :)

Do you know which Person from "Vi som ønsker å besøke Marte i London" in facebook, is going to come and visit you first?
- I think it may be Per! But who knows??
